Easy and Creamy Sabudana Kheer Recipe
If you love traditional Indian desserts, try this Sabudana Kheer Recipe. It tastes creamy, rich, and delicious. You can easily make it at home.
Start by washing the sabudana with clean water. Next, soak it for 2 to 3 hours. This step helps the pearls become soft.
Meanwhile, heat some ghee in a pan. Add cashews and almonds. Roast them gently for about two minutes. Remove the nuts when they turn lightly golden.
Next, add makhana to the same pan. Roast it on low heat until crisp. Transfer it to a plate and keep it aside.
Pour about 500 ml of milk into a pan. Bring the milk to a boil. Next, add the soaked sabudana.
Cook the sabudana for about two minutes. Stir it regularly to prevent sticking. Then, add sugar according to your taste.
Mix everything well and continue cooking. After two minutes, add the roasted cashews. Next, add the almonds and makhana.
Now, add some crushed cardamom. Cardamom gives the kheer a wonderful aroma. Mix all the ingredients well.
Lower the heat and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir the kheer occasionally. Soon, it will develop a creamy texture.
Turn off the heat when you reach the desired consistency. Your creamy Sabudana Kheer Recipe is now ready.

How to Serve Sabudana Kheer
Serve the kheer warm for a comforting dessert. For a chilled version, refrigerate it before serving.
